You may have thought that since we have finally passed the 50th anniversary of the JFK assassination we’d run out of things to say on the topic. But this is Dallas: We’re never done talking about JFK and all the history and logistics that led up to the shooting. The good news is that there’s still some fascinating stuff out there. King of Glory Lutheran Church, 6411 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, will host Juror No. 10: The Trial of Jack Ruby, a talk with J. Waymon Rose, one of the last jurors selected for the trial of the man accused of shooting the president. Rose kept a diary throughout the hearing and he’ll be reading selections of it, moderated by Stephen Fagin, the oral historian of the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza. Tickets are free and the talk begins at 10 a.m. For more information visit kingofglory.com.
