It's hard to tell whether the goose-bump-inducing harmonies or the wicked banjo picking is more impressive, but Cadillac Sky, a bluegrass band for the next generation, really has it going on. A long-time favorite of Americana fans, the band is gaining popularity with those less accustomed to the genre's lonesome sounds. Their latest release, Letters In the Deep, was produced by Dan Auerbach, known both for his solo work and as the singing-and-guitar-slinging half of the Black Keys. Hear the band's unique sound, along with Denton favorites Seryn, Thursday at the House of Blues. Doors open at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 in advance or $12 at the door. For more information, call 214-978-2583 or visit houseofblues.com.
