You'll have a chance to meet this year's Mastermind winners, the artists keeping this city vibrant. You can grab Merritt Tierce's gut-wrenching debut novel, Love Me Back, and have her sign it; or snap a selfie with cover boy, Christopher Blay, while exploring a small piece of Satellites exhibition; and you'll get a chance to see Katelyn Harris and her Rhythmic Souls tap their way across the stage. And that's just half of the winners. At some point in the night I'll hand all of the masterminds a check for $1,000.

Take all that, throw in an overload of live painting, fashion shows, magicians, and other surprises, and oh yeah, your ticket includes booze and food. See you there, right?

8-11 p.m. Saturday at Centennial Hall in Fair Park. General admission $45; Latino Cultural Center VIP admission $65.
