In the movie (probably starring Jerry Lewis), an antique dealer refuses to believe that her jerk of a business partner could possibly have a best friend. And when he says, "Dude, I totally have a best friend," she says, "Prove it." Then he says to himself, "Self. You're screwed. You don't have a best friend. Let's get this taxi driver to pretend he's our best friend, and then this movie's going to get hi-Frenching-larious." Tickets are $8.50 for non-members and $6.50 for members (Yep. Prices went up. Alice Laussade writes about food, kids, music, and anything else she finds to be completely ridiculous. She created and hosts the Dallas event, Meat Fight, which is a barbecue competition and fundraiser that benefits the National MS Society. Last year, the event raised $100,000 for people living with MS, and 750 people could be seen shoving sausage links into their faces. And one time, she won a James Beard Award for Humor in Writing. That was pretty cool.
