Who knew Dutch oven cooking was so cool? Well, besides our grandparents... Apparently, the cooking style has a local and international following complete with fan pages and book series; there was even a television show back in the late '90s hosted by Cee Dub, a Dutch-oven cooking master. Well, you can experience a live cooking demonstration yourself from 1 to 4 p.m. this Saturday, when the Prairie Dogs (part of the Lone Star Dutch Oven Society) camp out at Log Cabin Village, 2100 Log Cabin Village Lane in Fort Worth. Call 817-392-5881 or visit logcabinvillage.org.
