John Waters, Owner of the World's Most Glorious Pencilstache, is Coming to Dallas
The most deliciously twisted mind ever to rise from Baltimore's cultural coagulate will visit the Kessler in May. The author/playwright/sexybeast will present his one-man show, This Filthy World, wherein Waters discusses his rises and falls within the industry he's spent a career both celebrating and mocking.
It's part of this year's WordSpace series, which also features nights with Sandra Bernhard, Nikki Giovanni and celebrity performance artist Laurie Anderson.
Tickets for John Waters go on sale on Friday, March 28 at 5 p.m. His show is at 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 29.
