Snoop If You Want

University of Texas psychology professor Sam Gosling wrote about the revolutionary idea that you can tell things about people by the things they keep. Oh really, professor? So you're saying that by examining his girly posters and fraternity paraphernalia, I could have deduced that my college roommate was a douchebag? You mean my former boss might have figured out I hated my job by noticing that I never bothered to unpack all my office supplies? And are you suggesting that a motivational poster with a photo of an eagle in flight might be a clue that a co-worker is a dullard? Thanks for writing an entire book explaining something EVERYONE ALREADY KNOWS. Captain Obvious will answer questions, discuss and sign copies of his book Snoop: What Your Stuff Says About You 7 p.m. Wednesday at Barnes and Noble, 7700 W. Northwest Highway. Call 214-739-1124.
