Greg Fitzsimmons at Addison Improv A regular guest of David Letterman, Conan O'Brien, Jimmy Kimmel, and Jay Leno, Fitzsimmons's set is infused with his acerbic wit and scathing sarcasm. For example, did you know that you can find guys with small penises at the Hummer dealership? Oh wait, that's not sarcastic. This Emmy award-winning writer and radio and TV host will be here this Thursday through Saturday.

Sons of Comedy at the Pocket Sandwich Theatre This Dallas-based, touring comedy team will be in pocket (I'm sorry) this Friday and Saturday for your viewing pleasure. Sons of Comedy consists of Seth Brock, Vince Quick, Nathan Guerra and Brent Thomas (plus some of the funniest local comics DFW can spit out to open the show). Tickets are $12, which is only three bucks per headliner. You know you've paid more renting smut from Cinemax, guys. Give your money to real people this time.

Jay Phillips at Arlington Improv Phillips' silver-screen street cred includes co-starring opposite Will Ferrell in Semi-Pro and with Tina Fey and Amy Poehler in Baby Mama. He's been on HBO's Def Comedy Jam and on Comedy Central Presents, and now he's in DFW sharing tender, childhood stories like being punked by a vicious dog on his way home from school. A little pee came out, guys. Out of Phillips. He'll be here this Thursday through Saturday. 21 and up.

The Murder Mystery Company's Totally '80s, Totally Murder So like, um, that guy's totally like, dead or something. Don your jean jackets, grow out that killer mullet, and squeeze into anything neon. This Saturday, it's time to solve a murder mystery, '80s style. Can someone die from inhaling too much Aqua Net? Was astronaut food really safe? Ticket price include a three-course buffet. We're hoping that includes Tab.

Roadside Couch at the Dallas Comedy House Never the same show twice, Roadside Couch brings together some of DFW's best improvisers for a fast-paced, tangential show based on one lucky audience member's inspired suggestion. Think you can stump them? Try it. Tickets are only $10. Friday at 9 p.m.
