The Mixmaster is Looking for Arts and Culture Writers. Is That You, By Chance?

The Observer is looking for local freelance writers for this here arts and culture blog, The Mixmaster. Specifically, we're scouting for:

Art Critic/Columnist: We're looking for someone to contribute regular criticism and commentary on visual arts on a freelance basis. You'll need a passion for and background in visual arts and some professional writing experience.

Utility Hitter: We're also looking for someone to contribute several posts to this blog across a variety of genres of arts, culture, events and other Dallas-based frivolity, providing insightful peeks into upcoming events and breaking news from the scene. This is a part-time freelance position, roughly 10-15 hours per week (during the day, by the way, so if you have a full-time day job, this isn't for you).

Other contributors: Lastly, we need freelancers to contribute 1-3 posts per week covering specific genres they're specifically interested in and for which they can demonstrate some passion. Specifically, we're looking for people to write about: visual arts, comedy, dance, TV, film, etc.
