David Lynch's most famous attempt at a television show earned a cult TV audience before networks had such a term. His bizarre take on the prime-time murder mystery left audiences staring at their screens as if they were watching an Orson Welles workout video but left them wanting more. Of course, it was canceled for being ahead of its time, but it all culminated with the movie Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me. See a 35mm print of it on the big screen at 10 p.m. Friday at the Texas Theater as part of a fundraiser for the Unique Home for Girls and the Sarah Zumwalt Middle School Arts and Music programs. The evening will also have a Twin Peaks themed silent art auction and performances by Vulgar Fashion and Def Rain. The Texas Theatre is located at 231 W. Jefferson Blvd
