Perhaps one of the most beautiful sights in the world is a ballet dancer pirouetting on water. It doesn't happen everyday. The three-week long international festival began last night, and the intrepid dancers from Avant Chamber Ballet take the stage at Dallas City Performance Hall at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday (tonight!) with works by George Balanchine, Christopher Wheeldon, Paul Mejia, among others. Last time we checked there were still tickets available for $25; $15 for students.
