White Rock Coffee is "The Indie" in Dallas-On Northwest Hwy and Ferndale near Flag Pole Hill-On site roasted organic and fair trade coffees and some of the best fresh baked cinnamon rolls and scone around. Try some of the best espresso around or their signature drink the White Rocker

Dallas is severely lacking on independent coffee shops. Even San Antonio and Houston have more. Crossroads is good, but you're better off heading up to Denton, at least until they tear it all down and turn it into generica.
