I love that you said "washer eating socks!" That describes my washer perfectly! After every load of laundry, I find myself with more and more socks without mates. I didn't realize that it was possible to fix something like that on my own. Maybe I need to look into it and take action so my socks don't have to live the single life anymore. http://www.affordableappliancerepairfl.com/Washers___Dryers.html
Best Appliance Repair Advice Dallas 2007 - Adam the Answer Man
I have a question for you guys. My microwave went out a few days ago. I would like to get it fixed but I don't really know what a good price is for a microwave repair job. What do places like Adam the Answer Man charge for that sort of job? Thanks for the information. http://www.americanapplianceinc.com/products.html
Wow, I had no idea that there was a business that was all about appliance repair. That sounds like something that would be useful to me right now. I have been having problems with my dryer and I am not sure what is wrong with it. I wonder if there is a business like this in my area. Hopefully I can find someone to help me out!

This kind of service is exactly what I need where you mentioned towards the end of this paragraph that they'll tell you exactly what part that you need rather than guessing and wasting money. I'm hoping to find the mystery part for my fridge! It should be an easy-enough fix once we have the part. Also, I really thought your last sentence was quite humorous!
You never realize how much rely on your appliances until something goes wrong. I would hate it, for instance, if I needed to do laundry, but my washer stopped working. The big problem with things like this is that it's really hard, sometimes impossible, to fix on your own. I think it would be a good idea to have a good repair man or two that you can call to help if these issues come up.
I am learning a lot about the appliances used everyday in our homes. I figured it would be worth it to have as much knowledge as Adam. I think it would be cool to repair almost anything in the home, and saving money while I'm at it. http://www.centralappliancear.com
That is nice to know that there are services still out there that can offer help should the need arise. Sometimes I look at my appliances and think that there are so many parts, but it is probably something that requires practice to master. All I know is that most people probably don't want an appliance to fail, so being able to get it fixed might need to be researched beforehand. http://www.crownappliance.ca/en/in_home_appliance_repair.html
Adam, thank you for offering your services like this. It is important for me to be able to service my appliances from home. My only weakness is diagnosing the problem, so it's good that this team is expert at diagnosing problems. http://applianceservicecincinnati.com/appliance-service/

It is a myth that people think all appliances can be fixed by DIY methods. At North Vancouver Appliance Repair, we take you through industry-standard procedure of fixing your appliances.
We have a problem with our Bosch dishwasher. It seems to leave a film of food on the dishes regularly. On plastic, there seems to be a thin coat of what appears to be soap. We had someone replace the control panel a few years back. However, these problems seem to have continued. Do you have a reputable service technician that you would recommend?
We have an MEK 7000 built on Concept Kitchen Machine that needs repair. We have already ordered 2 "switches" but find that the part we need is in the machine and the switch connects to it. All Bosch suggests is taking the appliance out and sending it to them(will be hard) or ordering a new machine ($1000). Do you have any suggestions or experience with this applaince?

Our Norge refrigerator was purchased in 1991. It is set on a regular setting, not Energy Saver. It doesn't seem to make any difference - there is always water collecting in the bottom of our refrigerator. I will admit, I have not cleaned the plug out in a long time - could that cause an accumulation of water? It is driving me nuts. Thanks, CJ in Dallas.
