With its exposed brick walls, copper-topped bar and tasteful tables, Brooklyn is exactly what a jazz club should be (except it's not smoky; smoking is only allowed on the patio). This is the kind of spot to which you amble without even knowing who's on the bill. You just walk in, order your glass of wine or your Dewar's and soak up jazz of all kinds—psychedelic, guitar-based jazz (Montrose); silky vocals (Martha Burkes, KarenJ); brass-intensive (Freddie Jones Jazz Group); and everything in between. There's also a full menu, wi-fi and even a game night, so you can get your chess on while you take in the tunes.

Great article on Brooklyn's Jazz Cafe. It's all of that and a bag of chips. I've been coming to Brooklyn's for a a while, even before they were in this current location. I want to say it is a great place for entertainment and to relax and the biggest thing is the people that work there are great. The owner husband and wife team seem to never forget a face, and if you've not been to their establishment in a while, and you walk through the door, they remember you and will ask where have you been...Are you okay?...I haven't seen you in a while, but end by saying I'm glad you've made it back to see us. I like that about Brooklyn's besides being a great place for adults.....

THE BEST THING ABOUT ME LIKING BROOKLYN JAZZ IS THE OWNERS THEY MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOME AND LOOK FORWARD TO YOU RETURNING THE VISIT AGAIN.....BY THE WAY IF NO ONE WOULD POINT THEM OUT YOU WOULD THINK THEY ARE PATRONS NOT WALKING AROUND INFORMING EVERYONE "I AM THE OWNER" BLEND IN WITH CROWD REALLY WELL AND I THINK THAT IS WHAT THEM SUCESSFUL AND BLESS WITH WHAT THEY HAVE...THANKYOU FOR THAT

I love the Club....But it is what it is, a Dinner Club. People are stuff in like a bake potato...
You cannot sit and enjoy the Jazz and a ver exspensive dinner without people standing, dancing and looking in your mouth to eat. This is a Gentlemen and Lady atmosphere well to me. I love dressing enjoying the dinner but you can't enjoy what you paid for. Go back charging at the door $20. It want be long before the club will be out of business just as the others. Everyone see the same people not buying, looking like that just came from a game. Need a dress code too. I would hate to see the club ending in a year. But that is what we do, wear it out, run the black man out of business because the gossip get started,"it is too crowded and the dress code is anything goes. Please go back as you came in. Class 10 Club.
