Good lord. he shows contempt for his co-workers (who can forget when he chewed out TC for calling him late at night - "You don't do that to a HOST"), he has no talent (truly, who couldn't do the "overcusser" bit?), he is Mr. Superlative (everything is the greatest in the history of ever), creator of offensive content ("Easter Loves The Black Man") and all around douche (about three years ago he left the show early to go on a road trip with his buddies and they called in. It was a Chris Chris Fest.)
How he has kept the Hardline alive is beyond me. Maybe it's like Seinfeld. Anyone remember the last few seasons? Kramer installs a garbage disposal in his bathroom. Kramer sets up lawn furniture in front of his apartment? George rides around in that scooter? All of it sucked. Yet ratings were through the roof.
I'm cancelling my subscription to the Observer.
