Dallas Cowboys Release Flozell Adams and Ken Hamlin
Is this indeed a Good Friday, Cowboys' fans?
It's the end of "False Start. Offense. No. 76" as the Cowboys today released starting offensive left tackle Flozell Adams and starting free safety Ken Hamlin. Your starters, for now, are Doug Free at LT and Alan Ball at FS.
Adams was a good player for a good long time. He's the last link to the era of Troy Aikman, Emmitt Smith and Michael Irvin. Only Pro Football Hall of Famer Rayfield Wright made more Pro Bowls (6) than Adams (5) at tackle.
Question: Is Flozell Adams deserving of a spot in the Ring of Honor?
