Forgiven? Or forgotten?

Last week Cowboys’ owner Jerry Jones was emphatic when asked if he’d like Pacman Jones back.

“Yes,” Jones declared.

On Monday at Valley Ranch coach Wade Phillips was slightly less enthusiastic.

“I really don't know,” Phillips said. “When he's gone, he's gone. We don't really think about it. We're preparing the guys that I have.”

You all know Pacman’s situation. He’s eligible -- I said eligible -- to be reinstated by NFL commish Roger Goodell any second now.

You also know his skills. Underwhelming this season, yes, but still an on-field asset.

Me? I think the farther away from Dallas he stays the better. But where do you guys stand?
