A Man Among Boys
Good grief. While Charlie Sheen still struggles to figure out what it takes to be a good man (rehab might be a good start), Charlie Brown has it down. The wholesome kid that children of all ages have grown up with since the Peanuts strip first ran on October 2, 1950, is taking center stage at Richland College. The college theater presents four free performances of You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown at 7:30 p.m. nightly, Wednesday through March 5, at the college's Fannin Performance Hall. Originally written in 1967, the timeless musical and family-friendly event features the Peanuts Gang and Charlie, as he wonders what it is "to be a good man." Seating is based on availability and reservations are not required. Call 972-238-3733.
March 2-5, 7:30 p.m., 2011
