Baseball + Margaritas = America!
People are sick of big. Big business, big government and, yes, even big sports and the ticket prices that go with them. But fear not, cheapskate baseball fans. Independent league teams, like our own Grand Prairie Airhogs, don’t just put the hometown back in the hometown team, they also make it affordable. And this Labor Day, that affordability extends to tequila on Margarita Night. Not as wacky as some of their promo nights, but who complains about a discount margarita? Grand Prairie’s Airhogs face off against the Amarillo Sox 7:05 p.m. Monday at QuikTrip Park, located at 1600 Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie. Tickets start at $12. Visit airhogsbaseball.com for more information.
