If I had my way, I’d go to bars in the same outfit I wear on “Make Cleaning Fun Day.” On MCFD, I, like many women, suck it up and do my chores, but I wear my favorite pajamas — yes, the pair with snack evidence stains all over the lap. I also tease my hair real big, put on some false eyelashes and pile on the jewelry. There’s finally a Ladies Night that appreciates that side of you, the part that is completely into going out wearing an avocado face mask and a miniskirt. It’s Ladies Stay Crazy, a new monthly dance party that invites women to wear whatever makes them feel fierce and fabulous, be it comfort clothes or drag-diva hand-me-downs.
