Unless you're an extreme coupon clipper, there's not much you can find these days that won't cost anything, yet admission to Afterimage Gallery in the Quadrangle, 2800 Routh St., is just that: F-R-E-E. Following the gallery's recent celebration of its 40th anniversary with 40 Exceptional Photographs, Afterimage is hosting Terry Falke: No Straight Lines in Nature, a collection of Falke's early black-and-white photography in a new digitally printed format. Paul Roth, curator of photography and media arts at the Corcoran Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C., described Falke as "one of the best and most underrated landscape photographers in the United States." His photos have been featured in more than 60 exhibitions worldwide, including the U.S. Library of Congress. The exhibit ends January 24. Call 214-871-9140 or visit afterimagegallery.com for more information.
Mondays-Saturdays. Starts: Nov. 26. Continues through Jan. 24, 2011
