Comedian Adam Carolla is known for many things, mostly for Loveline, Crank Yankers, The Man Show and his current podcast, The Adam Carolla Show. He is a loudmouth and kind of a pig, and a lot of his humor appeals to teenagers and mental midgets, but one very important detail about Carolla can't be overlooked: He is funny. He is funny and professional and comes up with good ideas that people flock to. Even though I haven't been a teenager for quite some time (and I consider myself a few inches, at least, beyond a mental midget), I was intrigued by Carolla on Loveline, a radio sex-advice show he hosted with Dr. Drew Pinsky, and the show just didn't work after he left in 2005. He brings his live show to the Improv in Addison on Tuesday and Wednesday, but don't expect some boring stand-up show. Carolla brings the whole show out and will mix it up and feature all sorts of guests and surprises. So, whether you are a teenager, a mental midget or something else altogether, head out to the Improv to check out this event, which will surely bring the laughs. The Improv is at 4980 Belt Line Road.
