If you think a honeymoon cruise down the Nile sounds like a good idea, be forewarned--some pretty sketchy stuff has been known to go down there. If you find yourself trapped on a boat with your new hubby's stalker and an odd assortment of other characters, jump ship and head to Niagara Falls ASAP, because--as Dame Agatha Christie showed us--nothing but trouble can come from such a motley crew. Theatre Three's theatre-in-the-round is acting as a friendly reminder as it presents Murder on the Nile, based on Christie's novel Death on the Nile--it's just what everyone has come to know and love in a murder mystery, in spite of the noticeable lack of detective Hercule Poirot. View a preview performance of Murder on the Nile at 7:30 p.m. Thursday night at Theatre Three in the Quadrangle, 2800 Routh St. Preview performances run through Sunday, with regularly scheduled performances Thursdays through Sundays until April 26. Tickets are $15 to $40. Call 214-871-3300 or visit theatre3dallas.com.
Thursdays, Sundays, 7:30 p.m.; Fridays, Saturdays, 8 p.m.; Saturdays, Sundays, 2:30 p.m.; Mon., March 30, 7:30 p.m.; Wed., April 22, 2 p.m. Starts: March 26. Continues through April 26, 2009
