Slather On The SPF4,000 And Go To The Nasher
It seems almost kismet: the Nasher Sculpture Center (2001 Flora Street) has a new exhibition opening this weekend, and you have an art-loving mom. This Sunday (before you get too blinded by the light of Museum Tower), surprise your favorite lady with an afternoon of bites, art and music. Start out the day with mimosas and brunch at the Nasher Café by Wolfgang Puck, check out the new Ernesto Neto exhibition, Cuddle On The Tight Rope, and enjoy performances by The Dallas Opera from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event is $45 for members, $55 for non-members and half price for kids ages 6 to 12. Reservations are required. Call 214-242.5144, or visit nashersculpturecenter.org.
Sun., May 13, 11 a.m.-5 p.m., 2012
