Time is On Her Side
Ontario expat Christine Bisetto is an artist. Her shtick? She is very much into time fascinated by it, even. Bisetto, these days a Texan through and through, incorporates the idea of days, months and years into her work, where it serves forevermore as a reflection of her own life. In her most recent exhibit, Forever Becomes Everyday, Bisetto once again explores the inexplicable concept of time, this time through media such as folded paper, mirrors and a bevy of other everyday materials. To catch a glimpse of Bisettos unique time-centric works, visit Gallery 219 in Mesquites Eastfield College (3737 Motley Drive), where her records of time will be displayed until November 4. Gallery hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. For more information, call 972-860-7329 or visit eastfieldcollege.edu/gallery219.
Mondays-Fridays, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Starts: Oct. 6. Continues through Nov. 4, 2011
