Tommy Davidson, In Living Flesh
Hah, did you know? When black women get angry, they get their heads bobbing up and down. White women, meanwhile, are like superheroes, whose uptight, controlled rage keeps the world moving. Yes, indeedy, the differences between white and black folk, as revealed circa 1995, are miiiighty hilarious, as comedian Tommy Davidson, star of the comedy … um … classic Booty Call and an alum of In Living Color (Remember that? Fly Girls? Homey D Clown? Anyone?), will tell you at Addison Improv, 4890 Belt Line Road, when he brings his stand-up act to stage Friday through Sunday. Tickets are $20-$22. Thursday's show starts at 8 p.m. Visit symfonee.com/Improv/addison/ for showtimes and tickets.
