"My name is…Shake-Zula. The mic-rula, the old schoolah. Ya wanna trip? I'll bring it to ya..." If you were able to identify these lyrics by the word "is," chances are you won't want to miss Aqua Teen Hunger Force Live featuring creators Dave Willis and Dana Snyder! Here are just a few hints to get you in the mood to see your favorite cartoon food products. A "Show us your Meatwad" contest, clips of new projects, clips from unseen episodes of Aqua Teen Hunger Force and Squidbillies, live musical performances and a kazoo jam. The event is hosted by the show's creators, Dave Willis and Dana Snyder. Some may remember Willis as a producer on Space Ghost Coast to Coast back in 1996. Now, he provides the voice of Meatwad and everybody's favorite next door neighbor, Carl. He's also executive producer of Squidbillies. We'd like to give you some background of Snyder, too, but when we pulled up his bio, it only said "is awesome as hell." So there you go. Join the motley crew at the House of Blues on Thursday; doors open at 7 p.m. For more information, call 214-978-2583 or visit aquateenlive.com. Number one in the hood, G.
