Could you survive everyday life in Africa? Sure, it's easy to imagine the everyday lives of African children, but could you actually grow up in such poverty-stricken conditions? The World Vision Experience's AIDS: Step Into Africa exhibit invites visitors to walk through replicas of Sub-Saharan villages, where about 22 million people have been affected with HIV. Step into the lives of African children who have been affected with AIDS and experience what they struggle with on a daily basis in a country where two-thirds of the AIDS population live today. While walking through the exhibit, visitors will hear personal audio tracks relating to the children living with the virus. The exhibit kicks off this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is open daily through September 26 at Springcreek Church, 2660 Beltline Road. Admission is free.
