If you're any kind of a Willie Nelson fan you've probably seen him at honky-tonks or big amphitheaters. If you're a really big fan you've been to at least a couple of his Fourth of July picnics and maybe even a Farm Aid concert or two. Perhaps you even went down to Austin a few years ago for the Willie Nelson fun run, where he stood on a podium at the starting line in his running shoes and waved at you as you passed by. Willie's pretty ubiquitous in Texas—they might as well give you two tickets to one of his shows just for crossing the state line. But if you've never seen Willie perform with a symphony then here's your chance. AetheriA: An Artclectic Evening is a benefit concert raising money to give scholarships to art students. The Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra will be Willie's backing band for the night. The Dallas Black Dance Theatre and Jessica Simpson are also part of the evening's lineup. AetheriA is at 8 p.m. Saturday at the Nokia Theatre at Grand Prairie, 1001 Performance Drive. Tickets cost $54 to $254, or $1,004 for a table. Call 214-373-8000 or visit aetheriadallas.org.
Sat., Feb. 10, 8 p.m.
