And no, it's not the Munsters, either. (Miss Marilyn would be proud, though). Meet the Mongrew family: when Katherine suddenly finds herself an orphan she's sent to live in the dark, damp mansion of her weird Uncle Mongrew. Little does she know that her new home is haunted. Will she survive the castle curse? Join her on her gothic, ghostly quest to find out in the Dallas Children's Theater production of The Curse of Castle Mongrew by Roger Downey. The show is suitable for ages 12 and up and plays Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through October 31 at the Rosewood Center for Family Arts, 5938 Skillman St. Tickets are $18 to $23. Call 214-740-0051 or visit dct.org.
Fridays-Sundays. Starts: Oct. 8. Continues through Oct. 31, 2010
