Pink is a fun color. Pink is vibrant and bold. Some people like hot pink while others prefer tickle-me-pink. Light pink and dark pink are possible options too. But what happens when your passion for putting a pink pep in your step goes too far? Just ask Pinkalicious. When she consumes too many pink cupcakes in Pinkalicious The Musical, a production based off books by Elizabeth Kann and Victoria Kann, she ends up with a serious case of “Pinkitis.” Will Pinkalicious be able to conquer her pretty in pink desires and find a cure for her disease? The production features several songs, including “Pinkarific” and “When Dreams Come True.” Barnes and Noble will sell books and other merchandise before and after the production. A portion of the proceeds will go to The Eisemann Center Foundation. Pinkalicious The Musical takes place at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at The Eisemann Center, 2351 Performance Drive in Richardson. Tickets are $11 to $21. For more information, call 972-744-4657 or visit eisemanncenter.com.
