Hey guys, have you ever been dragged to a traditional performance of The Nutcracker? How was it? Did you find yourself checking your phone for Mavs highlights or silent suicide techniques? Yes? Well, instead of staring at nut-hugged dancers, surprise your significant other with tickets to something a bit spicier, and sashay your way into the Christmas spirit with A Nearly Naked Nutcracker put on by Dallas’ own Broads and Panties Burlesque. The show is hosted by Violet O’Hara and will feature 10 dancers, two of whom hail from L.A.: Red and Mr. Snapper. The show begins at 8 p.m. Saturday at Trees (2709 Elm St.), and tickets are $15 for general admission and $30 for VIP. So guys, take charge of holiday entertainment this year and grab tickets to this burlesque take on an old staple.
