Three of Dallas' premier beer bars have planned three very interesting beer dinners in the next few weeks, including a chance to meet the founder of a leading American craft brewery, a unique beer-vs.-wine dinner and a post-American Craft Beer Week dinner celebration with an eclectic food and brew menu that you just might get to attend for free.

The Meddlesome Moth is bringing Adam Avery, founder of Colorado's Avery Brewing Co., for a five-course beer dinner, plus a bonus "Happy Ending" serving of Dihos Dactylion, set for 5:30 p.m. on Monday, June 13. Moth manager Matt Quenette shares some thoughts about Avery and his namesake brewery on the Moth blog, along with the menu and details. The dinner is $90 (including tax and tip) and includes a full can of Joe's Pils, followed by two 3-ounce dual-pairing pours of Demon Series, vintage and other limited-release Avery brews with each course. Full menu is after the jump.

Dual pairings will also be featured 7 p.m. Monday, June 6, at the Common Table's Beer Vs. Wine Dinner, except they will be of a competitive nature rather than a complementary one. Manager and house cicerone Jeff Fryman and Wine & Spirit Education Trust advanced-level wine student Tim Campbell will each pair a beer and wine, respectively, with five courses. Diners will vote which beverage makes the superior partner after each course. Cost is $80. Full menu is after the jump.

Also after the jump is the menu for tomorrow night's May beer dinner at the Libertine -- plus a chance to win a pair of tickets.
