Well, the damn blizzard of 2010 canceled that show, and the band has now rescheduled its appearance for next Wednesday, March 17. Same venue, but a different line-up: Instead of The Trishas it will be The Happenings sharing the stage with Reckless Kelly.

In any case, it's a show to catch as Reckless Kelly's most recent effort, Somewhere in Time, which is a refreshingly rootsy collection of hardcore country. Willie Braun and crew have successfully gone back to their musical foundations and came up with the best album of the band's career. With no snow in the forecast, it's a safe bet that Reckless Kelly will finally be able to celebrate its new CD with the local folk.
