As teased yesterday on the blog, in today's paper, you'll find yourself a nice little piece written by noted family man Jesse Hughey on a couple family-friendly holiday shows you can proudly bring your kids to, without worrying that a) you might fall asleep, or b) that you're priming your child for a lifetime of crappy taste in music.
In the piece, Jesse mentions a couple upcoming shows in the area: one from Lisa Loeb, another from Gustafer Yellowgold. But dutiful journalist and caring father that Jesse is, he also wanted to give some shine to a few other shows. Unfortunately, we couldn't fit 'em all in the print edition. So, after the jump, a few more options--three of which actually feature kids rockin' out--to take in this week and next. Y'know, for all the olds out there. --Pete Freedman
