Have you ever thought to yourself, "Hey, music is pretty good"? Have you ever unsuccessfully suppressed the urge to pump your fist at a concert? Do you know how to read and write?
Well, lucky for you, we're now searching for spring music interns, and if you fit those requirements, you got the job. Well, not so fast. There are a few extra prerequisites you should know about.
One of the most important is that you're enrolled in college somewhere, and you need to talk to your professors about earning college credit for the job. Also, when we use the term "job," we mean thing-where-you-don't-get-paid-money. We'll need you at DC9 At Night headquarters for at least 20 hours per week, and the only payment you'll receive is the college credit.
Still interested? Good, because the internships come with some really nice perks, too.
You'll get to review some awesome shows, interview famous musicians and get published on the blog and in print. Also (and this is where it gets exciting), you'll be in charge of picking up coffee for everyone at the office! OK, you won't have to do that last thing.
