The Brooklyn-based bar rockers in The Hold Steady, having just dropped their latest, Heaven Is Whenever album in May, are knee-deep in their national summer tour, with stops all over the U.S. and even the occasional dip across the Canadian border. And with The Hold Steady being joined on this bill by The Whigs, who recently released their third full-length, In The Dark, and also know a thing or two about putting on a good live show, tomorrow night's stop at the Granada Theater should prove quite the entertaining affair.

Many thanks, then, to the fine folks at the Granada, who have passed along two pairs of tickets to this sure-to-sell-out show for us to hand out to some some lucky DC9 readers. You can win them if you're among the first two people to email Pete with the words "Hold My Whig Steady" in the subject line. Good luck!

Update: Contest is over. Congrats to our winners!
