On Tuesday, Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Rick Noriega is scheduled to drop by Thomas Jefferson High School -- go, Patriots! -- with a Very Special Guest, former President Bill Clinton. Looks like Noriega's feeling pretty good about his chances against John Cornyn, who's starting to sweat a little bit as Election Day nears, and figures the Bill bump will push one of the "10 Worst" outta the way come the first week of November. Noriega's scheduled to talk about -- what else? -- the economy, if there's one left by next week. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.; show starts at 6:30 p.m. See you on the smoking porch at 5. --Robert Wilonsky
