Following yesterday's DART bus fire by Old Red, a Friend of Unfair Park sends us these smoky photos from a downtown parking garage fire -- the Westin City Center structure, specifically, located at 799 Crockett Street, to which the Dallas police and fire departments dispatched multiple units a little more than an hour ago. Dallas Fire-Rescue spokesman Jason Evans says the blaze began on the sixth floor around 10 -- one car caught fire, and at least two others were damaged.

Evans says the fire's been contained, and that one person's being treated for an asthma attack due to the smoke. He reassures, though: The parking structure remains "completely sound." DFR has no idea, at present, what sparked the car fire.
