Brian Pierce B.A.T.C.H. (Beer, Art, Trek, Chill, Happy)

B.A.T.C.H. is two events in one. Starting at 3pm on November 12th (Yup, NTX Beer Week in McKinney), we will open the doors to Creating In Cahoots for an amazing beer-themed art gallery. This is in alignment with M.A.S.T. (McKinney Art Studio Tour), so be prepared to meet and greet with many local McKinney artists and art enthusiasts. The gallery is free to the public and all art is for sale. We have partnered with the Community Food Pantry of McKinney, a local nonprofit outreach program that provides food to families who have found themselves in crisis. They have communicated to us their biggest need during the next few months is powdered milk. To help with need, we ask all that attend PLEASE BRING A CONTAINER OF POWDERED MILK with them to drop off at CIC. The artists have also agreed to donate 20% of their proceeds during the month of November to the Community Food Pantry of McKinney. The second part of B.A.T.C.H. starts at 5pm at CIC. We will have special discussions with some of the artists about their work, music, hors d’oeuvres and beer. At 6pm, we will load up on a bus and take a quick trek over to Franconia Brewing Company. We’ll have some live art exhibits, Franconia beer and a quick tour of the brewery to enjoy. At 8pm, we will load back into the bus and trek on over to Tupps Brewery for live art exhibits, Tupps beer and BBQ from Smoken S BBQ. After much revelry, the bus will load back up at 9:30 to drop everyone off at CIC for ride pick ups or Uber/Lyft services. If B.A.T.C.H. sounds like the kind of evening out you and your friends would enjoy, purchase your tickets here. Tickets are $45 a person w/ beer, and $35 a person w/o beer; 21 & up only please. We’ll take care of all the details and you get to enjoy the creativity and community that McKinney has to offer.
