The last time Bill Maher had a comedy show in town, he never made it. The host of Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher and Real Time with Bill Maher was first supposed to be in town at Music Hall in Fair Park on Jan. 22 for an evening of live comedy but the show was canceled because of severe weather grounding his flight to Dallas. He and his crew felt so bad about to having to back out of a sold-out show that they rescheduled it so the original ticket holders could see him live and even give a few more fans a chance to grab a couple of seats before they inevitably sell out again. Maher returns to do the show at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, April 30, at the Music Hall in Fair Park for an evening of sharp, satiric comedy that’s probably going to feature more than a few jabs at our new president. Tickets will go on sale at the Music Hall’s box office located at 909 1st Ave. in Dallas one and a half hours before Maher’s show on Sunday, April 30. Ticket holders who purchased seats for Maher’s canceled January show will be able to get into the upcoming Sunday show with their previous tickets.
