Hector Guzman and the Plano Symphony conclude the 2016-2017 season with a newly commissioned violin concerto based on popular songs by The Beatles. With her limitless enthusiasm and vast gifts as a performer and entertainer, American violinist Lindsay Deutsch has emerged as a charismatic and captivating presence on today’s music scene. Described by the L.A. Times as having “…the technical equipment and temperament for a big career..,” she has thrilled audiences throughout the U.S. and Canada with her passion for music and brilliant display of technique and musicianship. She was selected by Symphony and Strad magazines as an “Up and Coming Young Musician.” The season concludes with Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 4, known for its rousing final movement. A grand finale!
