Grand Opening of KMC Texas in Downtown Dallas
We invite you to attend the grand opening of the new Kadampa Temple in the Dallas West End Historic District!
Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche opened the door to modern Buddhism for the people of Dallas-Fort Worth 22 years ago. Through his kindness and blessings in establishing this new Temple the teachings of Buddha are now easily accessible for everyone. Join in to celebrate Geshe-la’s profound vision for creating peace in our world- a peace that we so desperately need.
During this weekend event Gen-la Kelsang Jampa, Deputy Spiritual Director of the NKT-IKBU, will grant the empowerment of Je Tsongkhapa and commentary to the Yoga of Buddha Heruka. On Sunday there will be a morning teaching entitled “Building Peace.”
