More than 70 authors will sign and sell their books at the 17th annual North Texas Book Festival in Denton. Some books will be available in Spanish, and the Easter Bunny will be in attendance.
The festival’s featured author is Nancy Churnin, who also is a theater critic for The Dallas Morning News. Her first book, "The William Hoy Story: How a Deaf Baseball Player Changed the Game,” was published last year and has received national attention.
North Texas Book Festival is a nonprofit that raises funds toward grants for libraries and literacy programs.
