One of America’s best known and most powerful poets of the 19th century and today, Emily Dickinson’s reclusive life in Amherst, Massachusetts was complex and extraordinarily influential. See the world through the eyes of Emily Dickinson as The Belle of Amherst. Sharon Garrison as Emily Dickinson. Garrison is an award-winning actor of both stage and screen. A member of Actors Equity Association, she has appeared in dozens of regional theater productions over her long career and in recent years has achieved prominence in the film and television industry.
