Smashburger

The first Dallas outpost of a popular Colorado-based chain features some of the best shakes you'll find in the city. Made with Haagen-Dazs ice cream (and very little mix), they are thick, creamy and will make you miss childhood pleasures all the more. The burgers-smashed, naturally-are meaty, dripping examples of Americana. For a quick service (they prefer "fast casual") burger joint, it's pretty impressive.
