Two UT students opened their first store in 1999. In 2006, they transported their warm cookies so warm customers could pet them in almost inappropriate ways. This isn't helped with specials like the All-Nighter Package. If you're craving the snickerdoodle caress but can't get downtown, don't fret. Tiff's Treats delivers -- for a fee.
