Chef Pete Nolasco, owner of Chef Pete® Catering and Ice Carving in Addison, Texas, has over 20 years of experience in the culinary world. Chef Pete's background includes: Hyatt Regency DFW, The Four Seasons, Sabucca Jazz Cafe, The Italian Club of Dallas, Dallas Country Club, and more. Chef Pete is the current Membership Chairman for the Texas Chef's Association Dallas Chapter. Chef Pete was awarded Best Caterer in Addison in 2013 by Addison Magazine and best dessert in Addison in 2001 with his popular tirramissu. In 2000, Chef Pete competed with the Epicurean World Master Chef Society representing the U.S. in Ireland, winning the Gold Metal. Chef Pete strives to always perform better than his last meal, making the food his sole focus.
