At this Vietnamese seafood buffet, you have two main choices: the regular buffet and the Fire Pot buffet. The former has your typical buffet-style offerings, and they’re hit-and-miss. Some are good, and some have the greasy, stale consistency that comes only from much time spent under warming lamps. The latter choice, which is a few dollars more, is the way to go. With this one, you have access to various raw meats and vegetables that you cook yourself. Tables are equipped with burners that the friendly staff will be glad to show you how to use, and in about 45 to 60 seconds, you have a meal of your own creation.
