Location Description:

The lunch specials at Pegaso are almost worth the hassle of heading downtown at noontime. Cheese enchiladas in the $5 range are in the same price bracket as a similar dinner at some other fast-food joint, but they're not even in the same hemisphere in terms of quality. Owner Monica Greene has succeeded again, creating a spot that's both sleek and casual. There may not be a drive-thru window, and you may circle the block a few times searching for a parking spot, but what you get at Pegaso makes up for it--and you never have to utter the words "super size."
